profit or other loss contributing from  any technical fault or due to 
our Internet Service Providers (ISP) or Technical Staff or 
Subcontractors requiring time to upgrade our site or internet service,
in which case the site may not be operational for any period of time
outside of our control.

In consideration for payments made to www.Shopping.co.nz Limited for
the various advertising formats selected, www.Shopping.co.nz Limited
will provide the Online Marketing Platform for your Business to
display this advertisement for the advertising periods selected. 
Should contract period payment plans be selected for an advertisement
such as annually rather than monthly and the customer fails to renew 
the plan by the due date the advertising contract terminates.

Should payment not be received on the due date for a rental on a shop
or any ad format www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to 
suspend or remove the particular advertisement or rented Shop from 
view. Should the customer wish to resume the advertisement 
www.Shopping.co.nz Limited will not guarantee that the particular 
shop or ad position within a particular category will still be 
available. The general rule is that that advertisement would revert 
to the end of the category list.

Shops are Rented on a First Come First Served Basis and Advertisements
are placed per category in the order of registration. (Not 
alphabetical order or ad size cost).

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to inspect all websites
prior to acceptance of your application to rent a shop or advertise 
within the Business Directories, and reject any application which we 
believe is not suitable for general viewing. We will also monitor all
links on a regular basis to ensure that this requirement is being 
maintained. Should we discover or be informed of a breach of this 
www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to cancel/remove any 
listing, without refund of payment paid or notice.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited reserves the right to refuse any 
application for an advertisement for which they believe is in their 
best business interests.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited holds no responsibility or control for the
goods or services offered by the customers/advertisers of this site 
and holds no responsibility for their actions.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited will maintain an email database of all 
Advertisers and Business customers of this site and will regularly
send via email newsletters or advertising material relating to this
site. This list will not be passed onto any third party. As an 
advertiser you agree to receive any such material, read and respond 
as requested.

www.Shopping.co.nz Limited will email to all customers to advise of 
any request for a new category within the Businesses/Shops 
Directories. As an existing customer your are then given 24 hours to 
respond via email to the address Advertise@Shopping.co.nz should you
