Home Real Estate Limited is a boutique local real estate brokering company with a team of proven business professionals operating from Albany in Auckland, licensed to the Real Estate Authority (REA) in compliance with the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

Our office is at 331 Rosedale Road, Albany within the Rosedale Office Park, Building 1, unit A. With the demanding hours of real estate today we operate from home offices as well as joining the team for meetings as required in the office.

The Director and Company Owner is Stephen Hudson, REA Licensed with a proven sales and business experience, actively listing, and selling property in his local area and the North Shore Bays. Stephen likes to list and sell lifestyle property, waterfront property, holiday homes, private Islands and commercial or rural property nationwide as well as maintaining the business in his local area. Stephen works as both a Selling Agent and Buying Agent.

Licensee for the Company is contracted to a third party who supervisors the team and provides the compliance services.

The sales team Branch Manager is Barney Cornaga, with his years of sales experience he is actively selling in his local area of Torbay and every bay on the North Shore to Dairy Flat where he lives, his words of wisdom and experience helps to guide our salespeople and help to close the deals when support is needed.
